Privacy Notice
This notice explains what the RED MIST waitlist collects, why it is needed and the choices available to applicants.
PUBLIC LAUNCH BLOCKER: A monitored business support/privacy email must be configured before this site is promoted publicly or payments are enabled.
Information collected
The waitlist records your email address, name, city, role, skills, venture stage, project description, mission intent, weekly availability, optional hardware interest, consent confirmations, referral code and submission timestamps. It does not ask for card details, identity-document numbers or continuous location.
Purpose and lawful use
We use the information to operate the waitlist, select and contact closed-beta participants, assemble complementary mission teams, prevent abuse and improve RED MIST. Marketing or launch email is sent only against recorded consent. Waitlist data is not sold.
Storage and processors
Applications are stored in the RED MIST PocketBase service hosted on Fly.io infrastructure. Essential technical providers may process limited information only to operate hosting, security and email delivery. Payment information, when payments are later enabled, is handled by the applicable payment provider rather than stored by RED MIST.
Retention and your rights
Unsuccessful or inactive waitlist applications are scheduled for deletion or anonymisation after 12 months unless a shorter period is requested or retention is required by law. You may request access, correction, deletion, objection or withdrawal of marketing consent. Withdrawing marketing consent does not invalidate processing already completed lawfully.
Location and safety
The beta may request foreground location to rank nearby missions or confirm a one-time check-in. RED MIST does not publish a live map of members and does not require background location for the waitlist.
